GREATER VILLA

The Greater villa has a surface area of
340 m²/3660 ft² approximately, on two floors,
and accommodates 8/10 people.

Description

This is the farmhouses where groups of our guests spend most of their time, thanks to:

the large lounge – dining room (approximately 120 m²/1292 ft²);
the large kitchen (approx. 30 m²/323 ft²);
the outdoor terrace where all 24 guests present can gather.

The bedrooms

The bedrooms are all located upstairs, each with a private bathroom.
(NB: the GV3 is made up of a double room and a single room that share a bathroom)

The kitchen and the terrace

The kitchen is habitable, fully equipped, all in stone and has its own fireplace in which to cook grilled dishes and also includes an adjoining laundry room.

The outdoor terrace is its ideal completion to fully enjoy group meals.

The lounge

The lounge is a beautiful 120 m²/1292 ft² room – including a toilet – in which to relax, eat and spend moments of sweet idleness.

The living room

The entrance to the Greater villa opens onto the living room on the upper floor.
It features a fireplace, a round table and a desk.

Bedroom GV 1

Originally, this was the master bedroom. It enjoys a 180° view of the Todi valley. It also includes a bathroom with shower.
