Yes, specifically, as regards to dogs, they are generally welcome as long as:

• they will not dig holes in the garden,
• they will mostly stay outside (and will not leave odors inside)
• they will do their business in the surrounding area but not inside the property.

Our property is located in a very calm place, in the countryside.

• about 10 minutes by car from the commercial area of Ponterio

Yes, final cleaning is included, unless the situation at check-out proves unsustainable with the times that cleaning normally requires, in which case a supplement will be applied.

No, we work with homogeneous groups of people who rent the property exclusively for them.

You will therefore be the only group of people present on the property during your stay.

We definitely recommend to land at the Leonardo Da Vinci - International Rome Airport, when possible.

Yes, we provide sheets and towels, including a pool towel.

In low season, we can be more flexible. 

In high season, we work on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday.
