SINCE 2012
GUESTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD HAVE CHOSEN US
FOR THEIR FAMILY HOLIDAYS
A PERFECT FIT FOR HOLIDAYS AND FAMILY REUNIONS
'Il Belpoggio Su Todi' is a small "village" of 3 buildings - plus a barn used as covered parking - surrounded by a terraced garden, an olive grove, a forest and above all by an enchanting view.
The farmhouses have been completely renovated. We have safeguarded the typical architecture of Umbria and favored the use of local materials, such as terracotta for the floors, exposed stone for the external walls, and ancient tiles on the roofs.
Every detail allows you to experience the hospitality of a country house with all the comforts, including a scenic infinity pool in which to cool off during the summer.
Many points of cultural and historical interest such as Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto, Viterbo and national parks are all within an hour's drive of the villa, along scenic roads and routes.
WHY WE DECIDED TO RENT
“Our family property is located in an enchanting place, far enough from the city to be able to deeply breathe and close enough to take advantage of its comforts. My parents put all their love into the restoration of these beautiful homes. Il Belpoggio Su Todi is similar to a safe haven, where you can relax and regenerate.
We like the idea of sharing this corner of paradise with people with kind souls and big hearts, who seek contact with the beauty of nature and the cities of art to fill up on positive energy."
– Federico & Fabrizio D'Onghia
IN THE BEGINNING,
IT WAS ONLY AN IDEA.
It took almost 10 years of meticulous work to give a new life to this old farm, uninhabited for many years. The state of abandonment in which it found itself required careful and profound interventions.
We have safeguarded the typical architecture of Umbria and favored the use of local materials, such as terracotta for the floors, exposed stone for the external walls, ancient tiles on the roofs. The infinity pool was the last important piece to make Il Belpoggio Su Todi what it is today.
Below, you will find some photos of "before and after the cure".
